How can a mystic provide guidance along your path? A mystic is one who walks the path of direct knowing and gnosis. "Know Thyself" is a path of liberation, empowerment, and knowing of the Universal patterns found in individual personal expressions. A mystic is in service to the One Heart.
Here's what mysticism in service looks like to me: Helping you through deep listening, empowering inquiry, intuitive and wise council, energetic support, and eliciting experiences of connection with the Divine.

Spiritual Life Support / Energy Clearing Sessions
"Know Thyself" is a path of liberation, empowerment, and knowing of the Universal patterns found in individual personal expressions. I offer spiritual life support by helping you through deep listening, empowering inquiry, intuitive and wise council, energetic support and healing, and eliciting experiences of connection with the Divine.
I offer 3, 6, and 9 session bundles so that we can work together over a period of time. I also offer customized journeys through specific paths of learning and unfolding.

Mara Evenstar's Workshops & Classes
Each meditation session will be responsive to the current needs of those in attendance. Mara will be drawing on various methods including Realization Process™, chakra and energy body healing, elemental support (Earth, Air, Fire, Water), archetypal and integral psychology, breath work, movement and mindfulness practices, and more.
