Refund policy
Online Product Returns
If you purchased items from our online store and wish to return them, please contact us at info@evenstarschalice.com within ten days of receipt to begin the process. Send pictures if you like or if we request pictures. Pictures will be necessary if the product arrived damaged.
Generally, for products purchased through our online store, the return item must be unworn, unused, and unopened, or damaged in shipping.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return are done so at your own risk and we are under no obligation to accepted the return or issue a refund.
You should expect to pay for return shipping. However, there may be cases where Evenstar's Chalice will offer to cover shipping. Again, let's talk about it first.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following types of items cannot be returned and are not refundable (unless damaged in shipping): Books, Tarot/Oracle decks that have been opened, "As-Is" or clearance items, incense, and gift cards.
The following types of items cannot be returned but may be refundable with approval. While we make every effort to make sure that your product is fresh, you may discover upon opening it or using it that it is in some way spoiled. Types of products that may fall in this category are herbs, bundles, oils, waters, lotions, candles, and like products that we cannot inspect or test without opening them.

Please note that "As-Is" or clearance items are non-returnable.
Gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund was approved.
If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@evenstarschalice.com.
Cancellation Policy for Courses, Workshops, Temples and Events
Cancellation by Evenstar's Chalice: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any course, workshop, temple program or temple event ("event") due to low enrollment, weather, or other circumstances. Should Evenstar's Chalice cancel and not reschedule the event, then registrants will be issued a full refund.
Postponement: Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either: (a) receive a full refund, (b) transfer the registration to the same event at the new, future date (if possible), or (c) take their refund in the form of store credit at Evenstar's Chalice, which may be used to purchase product, other classes or events, or services. If you select this choice (c), your credit is not refundable in cash or on your credit card.
Cancellation by Participant Before Start Date
If you find that you will be unable to attend the event, course, workshop, temple program or class ("event"), you may request to cancel your ticket purchase. Cancellations received within ten days before the event start date may be eligible to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after ten days before the event start date will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be given for any cancellation after the event start (see Withdrawal below). Participants may choose to receive their refund in the form (a) refund payment, (b) store credit at Evenstar's Chalice.
Withdrawal after Start Date.
If you find within 48 hours of program / course start date that you will be unable to continue attendance for whatever reason, please contact us directly to initiate a conversation regarding your withdrawal and agree on equitable terms.
Evenstar's Chalice is under no obligation to refund a participant after the start of a course, workshop, program, or event.
Inability to Attend Individual Sessions
Evenstar Institute is not responsible nor will issue a refund in cases where the participant is unable to attend individual sessions of a program or course, either for technical, climatic, or personal issues once the course or program has started.
Please refer to the course or program's attendance policy and contact the facilitator for resolution.
