Shipping policy
Shipping is currently available to the United States only.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $7.99 for all orders under $100. We offer FREE shipping on purchases over $100.
We will ship your package by either USPS or UPS at our discretion.
How do I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number with your shipment confirmation when we send your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us and we'll send you a tracking link.

What payment methods do you accept?
We are hosted by Shopify and accept all forms of payment that Shopify accepts.
We can also process a phone order for you too. Please start an email conversation for that.
What is your turn-around time?
We will process your order for shipping within two business days. We will notify you by email if we think it might take longer.
If we are temporarily closed or on vacation, we will post a statement to that effect on the website with information about when orders will ship when we resume fulfillment.
How long will shipping take?
We ship via either USPS or UPS (at our discretion) and generally it will take less than a week for shipment to almost any part of the continental U.S. (allow 10+14 business days to be safe). We will send you emails when a tracking number is created and when your package ships. Both will have your shipping confirmation and tracking number so you can see the progress of your package with the carrier.
Delays
If you haven’t received your purchase in the expected amount of time, please contact us and we’ll try to resolve the problem. We can help you track the package, start a refund discussion, or send a replacement in the rare cases when the carrier has lost a shipment.
Some shipments include FREE delivery confirmation and insurance in case of loss or damage in transit. However, we regret that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you can't be there to receive your package, please be sure that your delivery address is secure.
You are responsible for providing your complete and correct shipping address. Please check your auto-complete or stored address settings before submitting your order.
Missing items
Please contact us at info@evenstarschalice.com if something is missing from your order. Shortages and/or damage should be reported within 10 days of receipt of the package (according to the carrier).
Returns?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but sometimes mistakes happen. We are 100% committed to your satisfaction and willing to help fix any issues. If you receive the wrong item(s) or something that is broken or defective, please contact us.
Changed your mind? Most items are eligible for return (see our return policy). Fairy magick (or device screens) can make items look larger or smaller than they actually are, or warp colors, so please check the dimensions before buying.
Sorry, we cannot offer returns on herbs, oils, clothing, custom items, or items sold "As-Is" (but let us know if you have any problems with these items). Again, please see our return policy.
