Botanical Name: Lavandula officinalis, garden lavender, spike lavender, common lavender.

This is an "extra-grade" Organic Lavender Flower that is a cost-effective option for culinary recipes, rituals, or preparations that don’t require an eye-catching visual presentation.  The flowers have a bitter, floral, and grassy flavor that is enhanced by their delicate aroma.  The extra-grade will contain slightly more green or blue-grey flowers and more stems and leaves than other varieties.  Perfect for sachets, infusions, oils, baths, incense, or scrubs.
