Reiki for Self-Healing: A Level 1 workshop

Reiki can catalyze a lifetime of opening, healing, and profound transformation. Whether you feel called toward personal restoration or toward serving others, Reiki offers a beautiful, steady current of energy that can weave itself naturally into your daily life.

This introductory workshop centers on the art of self‑healing. You will receive your first attunement, opening you to the flow of Reiki energy and establishing your connection as a conduit for this universal life force. From this foundation, we will explore how to integrate these energies physically, emotionally, and spiritually; how to support the balancing of your own energy body; and how to deepen your intuitive perception.

This class is designed to help you cultivate an intimate relationship with Reiki—one that nourishes your well‑being, strengthens your inner clarity, and supports your ongoing evolution.

In this workshop you will:

·       Learn about / refresh your understanding of “what is Reiki?”

·       Receive a Reiki Level 1 attunement

·       Receive guidance on working with Reiki for self-healing

·       Learn & practice Usui Reiki protocols for self-healing hand positions

Program Pathway Information (Reiki Level 1)

This workshop is part of a trio of Reiki offerings that can be taken in any order or experienced as a complete sequence. Each workshop stands fully on its own, offering a meaningful experience whether you are simply curious, seeking personal healing, or exploring your relationship with energy.

They also serve as nourishing refreshers for those who have previously trained in Reiki and wish to reconnect with the practice or receive another attunement.

For those called to pursue certification, all three workshops—Reiki for Self‑Healing, Reiki & Working with Energy, and Sharing Reiki with Others—are required and together provide the full foundation needed for Reiki I certification.

Each workshop limited to 10 registrants total, minimum of 4.
