Reiki and Working with Energy: A Level 1 workshop

This workshop invites you into the living landscape of subtle energy. Here, we explore the anatomy of the energy body and begin cultivating the skills needed to sense, perceive, and work consciously with energetic flow.

You will receive a Reiki attunement that opens and strengthens your connection to this universal life force. Through guided practice and experiential exercises, you’ll learn to recognize energetic patterns, attune to subtle sensations, and develop confidence in your ability to engage with energy in an embodied, grounded way. This workshop supports you in expanding your relationship with Reiki while deepening your intuitive awareness and energetic sensitivity.

In this workshop you will:

·       Learn about / refresh your understanding of “what is Reiki?"

·       Receive a Reiki Level 1 attunement

·       Learn about the human energy fields

·       Practice sensing & perceiving subtle energy - both physically & intuitively

Program Pathway Information (For Reiki Level 1)

This workshop is part of a trio of Reiki offerings that can be taken in any order or experienced as a complete sequence. Each workshop stands fully on its own, offering a meaningful experience whether you are simply curious, seeking personal healing, or exploring your relationship with energy.

They also serve as nourishing refreshers for those who have previously trained in Reiki and wish to reconnect with the practice or receive another attunement.

For those called to pursue certification, all three workshops—Reiki for Self‑Healing, Reiki & Working with Energy, and Sharing Reiki with Others—are required and together provide the full foundation needed for Reiki I certification.

Each workshop limited to 10 registrants total, minimum of 4.
